Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unused and in original condition.

To begin a return, contact Customer Service with your order number or log into your account and select the Returns tab to begin a self-serve return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow standard bank processing time for funds to appear.

Original shipping fees are not refundable.
We do not accept returns on sale items.
